ENGLISH STUDY BUDDIES
English study buddies is looking for tutors to pair up with junior high school new immigrant students for one-on-one English tutoring. Many of the students are new to the states and have a difficult time in school due to poor language skills.

If you are willing to commit 1-2 hours every Saturday to help a child with their English language skills, this is for you. We will provide some training and reading/language materials.
Dates: November-June
Time: Every Saturday, 1-2 hours AM or early PM, no holidays.
Place: P.S. 42 (71 Hester St between Ludlow and Orchard Sts., Chinatown) It's right around the corner from CCHC.

WINTER

The mission of the Chinatown Christian Youth League (CCYL) is to help local churches create and/or equip existing basketball ministries so that they can be effective ministers of the Gospel through basketball.

CCYL seeks to:
- Provide opportunities for coaches to build meaningful relationships with players.
- Create an atmosphere of healthy competition.
- To develop Christian sportsmanship in the youth of the Chinatown community.
We are looking for volunteers to commit to be referees for the scrimmages.
